Using Priority Column to signal Lead Scores in Upwork Prospects

Pre-requisite : Prospects have been found that match our ICP

Now across those prospects, we would score the prospects based on a priority order. This priority order would be based on factors such as..

Factors that decide lead scores

To compute the fields below, Open all the upwork job URLs that are in the prospects list and then..

Factor1: Likeliness of client hiring someone on this job

Give highest weightage to : Past Hire Rate.

Then How active the client is..

and finally to Interviews begin conducted.

Compute a single score based on the above factors and sort the entire list based on that lead score

How active the client is

Extract "last active" field from those job URLs

Sort the upwork jobs with "most recently active clients appearing first"

This tells which client is more active.

Past Hire Rate

Extract the "hire ratio" of client from their job URL page.

Sort the jobs with "higher hire ration appearing first"

Interviews being conducted

Extract how many interviews have been taken on the job

Factor2: How close is the client to our ICP
