When building an Artificial Intelligence Product, we first look into how Human Intelligence does the same job. AI is basically trying to emulate Human Intelligence. So we put together a spreadsheet called Initial Viability + Prototyping of AI products. Where we..

Break down the human process into child tasks. Where hopefully each task gives output of an Artifact
Against each task we list
1. how valuable is that task for successful of the human / automated process
2. how much effort would AI team need to put to replicate that human process through AI
