At Smarter.Codes we promote colleagues to perform interdisciplinary roles in QA + Data + Project Management + Sales + Marketing + Product Management to grow them as Full Stack Business Executives. While there would be dedicated colleagues doing each role too, but the Full Stack Business Executives would contribute in every department mentioned here. The goal of this practice is to
- Grow colleagues into an Intrapreneur
- Reduce the knowledge gap when dealing with customers

How to become one
Gain your experience in each of the role in very order : QA > Data > Project Management > Sales > Account Management > Marketing > Product Management
Pick your market
To overwhelm yourself less, pick the niches you would grow your expertise in. Refer to Markets of SC to pick your markets
Breadth wise experience: When a new project comes
Take 3 days to play each of the role above. So basically the following roles are played in respective weeks..
Week1: QA + Data
Week2: Project Management + Sales
Week3: Account Management + Marketing
Week4 : Product Management
Depth wise experience: On a regular basis
Spend 2 months to upskill yourself in each role.
