This guideline documentation will highlight the key areas to be focused to roll-out Scrum framework for Internal Products and Internal Projects at Smarter.Codes.


3-5-3-5 Rule of the Scrum:


# 3 Roles:-

Product Owner

Scrum Master

Scrum Team (UI/UX Designers, Frontend/Backend/DevOps Engineers etc..)


# 5 Events:-

Sprint (Timeboxed in weeks such as 1 or 2 weeks sprint)

Sprint Planning

Daily Scrum (Daily team standup calls)

Sprint Review (Demo to Clients/Key Stakeholders)

Sprint Retrospective (Interactions within scrum team to identify pros/cons)
